The story behind
MLQ Developments
MLQ Developments was formed to supply services to the Buffalo “East Side” community for building businesses and supporting entrepreneurship. Officially established in 2014 as a sole proprietorship, the main objective has been to help small businesses, nonprofits, and ministries develop an online presence by assisting in the development of websites, graphics, video presentations, and workshops geared toward technology.
This work has included developing graphics, flyers, websites, videos, content for social media, events, workshops, and strategies for empowering community members. In addition, investments are intended to manage and set up computer equipment along with managing computer laboratories.
Knowledge of information systems, experiences using technologies, and a desire to help people and organizations accomplish their business objectives fuel the work of MLQ Developments. The primary focus of this business is website development, graphic design, and content creation. Other services are available related to social media management & setup, industrial engineering, and software research & development.
Continuing to achieve the main objective entails building “bonds” and “community bridges” through offering quality service with professionalism, passion for equitable communities, and friendly service. If assistance is needed to develop ideas into reality, MLQ Developments is here & happy to help such developments!

SYMBOLISM OF LOGO
The lion in the logo is symbolic of the hardships that the owner once faced while homeless and falsely accused of crimes he did not commit. The owner, Marshaun L Quinniey was saved from this lion's den through God blessing the owner with the idea of MLQ Developments to help himself and others.
Serving Ministries
Experience serving ministries has entailed making recordings of services, creating promotional flyers for revivals, undertaking photography for church banquets, and setting up social media & websites for online ministry.
Supporting Non-Profits
Work for nonprofits has included creating press releases events, marketing materials such as business cards, creating websites, setting up professional email, and training people to use technologies for business and personal purposes.
Helping Small Businesses
Service to small businesses revolved around building websites, establishing business email, setting up social media, composing business cards & flyers, creating online content (video, audio, & text) and organizing promotional events.
Owner
Marshaun L. Quinniey
Marshaun L. Quinniey is a Buffalo, New York native who was born on May 19, 1978 and currently self-employed under MLQ Developments and volunteering in the Western NY community with organizations such as SCORE & CAO. He is alumni of New Mexico State University (Master of Science in Industrial Engineering) and Xavier University of Louisiana (Bachelor of Science in Computer Science). Also MLQ is alumni of Amherst Central High School (New York Regents and General diploma), and City Honors Grade School.
